Help. I was charged twice for the same return from a buyer because the item was damaged in transit. How do I get a HUMAN to fix this? I can't even find a pathway to talk to a human!?!?!
WHY AM I NOT OFFERED EBAY'S INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? I HAVE A100% RATING NO DISPUTES, NOTHING. I JUST PAID$494 to ship an item to China while YOU charged the BUYER $144!!!! I have to eat that $350!?!?
Ebay opened the cases for me, I know the buyer paid. How the heck do I get them to fix this? I tried calling and was on hold too darn long. Had to hang up. And they don't have live chat...
