Help. I was charged twice for the same return from a buyer because the
item was damaged in transit. How do I get a HUMAN to fix this? I can't
even find a pathway to talk to a human!?!?!

Ebay opened the cases for me, I know the buyer paid. How the heck do I
get them to fix this? I tried calling and was on hold too darn long. Had
to hang up. And they don't have live chat...
