I sold something ($3000), buyer returned it, I issued refund, but eBay
hasn't refunded my fee ($300.) Been 11 days. Can't reach customer
service, 2 HOURS on hold so far. Help! The "have eBay call me" tab is
non-functional, must be terribly short-staf...
