Buyer can't pay, Ebay sends him to another invoice. Trusted Buyer too!

Ebay is really messed up since they split with Paypal. I have had nothing but trouble with buy it nows, payments, invoices, and tracking numbers. It has been a nightmare. Let me try it again, thanks
