How do I refund the full amount a customer paid for a lost package? (the
post office cannot find the package) The give refund on seller hub will
not let me give back her full amount. Is there another place I need to
go to do this?
My manage active listings says I have $47+ in my active listings. Of
course I do not have anywhere near that amount. I checked and I do not
see any mistake in my prices for listings. Will this affect my standing
or anything?
I see no option of NOT PAID on the drop down menuand I do not know how
or if to tell if it actually gets paid so I can ship it, I normally ship
same day. I contacted Ebay but, I am not sure how they are helping me,
