Bought and paid for an item for a buy now price. Shortly after PayPal paid seller. Received a cancelled notice and refund. Then saw item relisted on eBay at a higher price and seller would not let me bid or purchase item. Is this common on ebay.

Contacting Ebay about a misleading Ad

Does Ebay make a reasonable effort to remove misleading ads? Should buyers be stuck with unusable items because of misleading ads? Is it impossible to speak to a real Ebay customer service rep?

Accumulated views on a relisted item

I am frustrated with not being able to see accumulated views on an item that has been relisted - I don't like it that it resets to zero every time. I think there is a way to see at least the past 30 days worth, but I can't seem to figure it out.
