Why does eBay track the aging of listings and sometimes change buy it
now listings to auction listings on items that have not sold in "x"
number of days when something has sold in a long time, but they do not
provide a way for sellers to view the agi...
So, when ebay starts phasing in their payment intermediation program,
which will presumably reduce payment flow through PayPal; will ebay
start to offer a program similar to PayPal's Working Capital program?
Anybody know anything?
