I have been trying to sell items over past 12+ months and not only are they not searchable and they get zero traffic. This is even after paying for it to be promoted and doing a "sell like". Do I just shut down the entire account and be done with it?

I have had my account downgraded simply because I forgot to provide feedback a few times and also I have not been able to have my items relist automatically 7x. I listed it once and it didn't renew it. I also don't understand why it wants to force me...
