In the past, I was able to select PayPal payment using either credit
card or my bank account. Last couple purchases this week did NOT offer
me the option and defaulted to bank account--HATE THAT. Is this
permanent? Can I change this somehow?
Works just the same only from the buyer's perspective. eBay lets sellers
advertise stuff for sale that they DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE!! No
repercussions on seller, either. You would think their account would be
cancelled.
