I found this at an Illinois Estate Sale. Matte Glazed Redware Pottery,
similar to Red Wing Nokomis Glaze. There is a mark on bottom. Size is 7
1/2" h x 6 1/4" w. Weighs 3 1/2 lbs. Please ID maker.
Have had this pretty vase for a long time, but never found out the
maker. Maybe early Japan or Czech. There is a scenic band around with
grass like background, gilded stubby handles. Think it is from circa

Got this nice matte Grey pottery/stoneware Vase with four textured
mpressions, Brown high glaze interior and taupe brown clay. Stands 7
1/2" tall. Maybe European, but unmarked. Please let me know who or were
