I found a solution!, My main search engine is Google Chrome, when I use
Bing search engine the problem is gone. Not the best solution but it can
be helpful.

everytime the same problem and it seems that I am not alone, another
ebay member, also located in Belgium, as the the same problem. It's

Thanks for your response, it's an ad on ebay that is going wild, it
prevents me of scrollin. I have an ad blocker but it doesn't prevent
this very recent problem. Here a screenshot.
