On some of my auctions my description shows as "indented" missing several words at the beginning of each line? Maybe indented isn't the right word but my description has several words missing at the beginning of each line!

I just noticed this on my store page. Is it true that ebay takes 43.8% of our sales? Selling costs$86.5943.8% of your total sales Hopefully I'm reading this wrong!

Can we no longer TALK TO A REAL PERSON anymore??

ebay used to have a way to contact them and talk to a real person (not that worthless automated system) but it looks like it is no longer avaiable? Up until VERY recently there was an option the have ebay call us OR call ebay! HELP!
