I have many listings where my personalization feature works. The feature does show up however once I hit preview or publish, it doesn't appear. Please help

Since September 29th I've been creating over 60 items and they are sitting in my drafts. When I try to finish them or publish it gives me an error I read somewhere that if you copy your drafts it'll work. Nope!It seem to be a one particular category ...
