When I try to purchase something on eBay it says that my account is restricted due to an open request for information but I haven't been able to get what information is needed and where to upload it to? I appreciate any help you can give thank you

was banned from eBay in July of 21, reinstated a year later

My wife and I had been buying and selling on eBay since 1999 and were top rated sellers with 100% pos feedback at the time. eBay was initiating their new payment system instead of PayPal and asked us to upload id and bank info which we did and a coup...
