I just sold a Laptop and the Funds were available in my PayPal I think 2
or 3 days after it showing Delivered so I guess it's not a 21 day HOLD
at all. So it's not as bad as I thought it would be.
I agree went to the store and Card was Declined and I have been on since
2003 and NEVER had my funds put on HOLD. I sell laptops and this is a
GREAT way for scammers to take out parts and put broken parts back in
