I did contact eBay about it. I'm not sure if they can do anything, but
we tried checking the box. saving. then unchecking the box, and saving
again. And we also did the thing you mentioned about marking them as
approved. Ive been selling for 24 years...
It appears that that worked. They are in process of paying now.But that
doesnt fix the original problem of blocking buyers.eBay has blocked may
