Got this message three months ago, but was at below level so still
charged 14%. Nothing changed. No returns, no late shipping, no canceled
orders. This month get the same message. So how did I still get
evaluated the same as last month?
First I had expedited shipping as I needed this item to make birthday
cakes for kids. Got an Ebay message saying it was delivered on the 15th
- that was a Sunday and we don't get mail Sundays. Got US postal message
saying it was delivered to mail box...
I do not understand. My seller rating was below standard. I sell a load
in Nov and Dec then things slow down. received message that if I was
evaluated that day I'd be above standard. Next month I was back to 10%
fees for selling but I didn't list any...
