silver spoon mark

This brite cut spoon has "1899" engraved on the back, and this mark. Anyone recognize? I've looked thru dozens of online pix. Thanks!

Old email address "stuck" on selling page

I have changed my email address, both Ebay and PayPal show the correct address in the respective account pages. But when I try to list something to sell, the old address is listed, and it won't save the new one when I enter it.
