I have had a ebay store setup with my Shopify account and have now changed to a Bigcommerce store. I need to get my Ebay store linked tod to the Bigcommerce store what is the best and easiest way to do this...Thanks Mark

Why do my item specifics keep disappearing from my items.I go thru all my items everything is up to date and then little by little they disappear and I have to go thru them again and re ad them again.This is a waste of my time what do I do

Before Christmas I set up my account to sell fast and Free...I chatted numerous times and talked on the phone a few times but still no Fast and Free shown on my items ...WHY? It sure would have been nice to have it for Christmas.

Items are not showing in my store after turning back on after vacation

I had my store on vacation while having surgery. After about a week I turned the store on today and its been about 6 hours only about 10 items have appeared in my store. Whats up?

I specify 3 day shipping on both EBAY and Amzaon...why do always get hit with items not delivered within EBAY's supposed "expected delivery time". I ship my orders on EBAY the same as Amazon and I am never late on there but Ebay I have had 18 of thes...
