Tried to send counter offer and a red block came up saying "Ebay can't send message at this time" try again later.

I tried to delete some canceled purchases. It said error 1014, system error from hiding purchases? Or something close to that.

Best offer cancelation?

I had to cancel a best offer because the quantity was wrong, now I can't re-offer? It just says we sent your offer and waiting for sellers response.
