Blue Ocean called me 4 times in 2 hours on behalf of Ebay to do a
survey. What is going on as this is wasting our time. If it is important
Ebay will email us, if it is truly for Ebay.

Ebay does not seem to care to protect their sellers. Sellers are buyers
also. Ebay is allowing scamming to happen on their site, as well as
extortion, and that is why Ebay is now so slow. People are leaving Ebay,

There is something wrong going on at Ebay. They must have a shortage of
workers. After one hour on the phone, and after 3 transfers to different
departments, no one there knows what is going on with Top Rated Plus,
and after doing all that I was told...
