Ebay invoice incorrect as due to ship damage, had to partal refund customer, Can't reach ebay

Issued client 60% refund due to ship damage (via pay pal process), invoice reflects charge on original sales price although refund in same period of invoice. Unable to reach ebay via phoned, chat or have them call back. Suggestions? Thanks
