How can I sell and transfer Football tickets if email addresses cannot be shared?

In the past, I was able to use the buyers PayPal email address to transfer football tickets electronically. But now that eBay pays us directly to our banking accounts, how can this be done? Since eBay doesn't allow for email addresses to be shared.
