Yes it's safer for the buyer to have to wait for the refund and in most
cases because most are so poor that they have to wait for the money to
be refunded which usually takes a few days...the buyer has to make sure
it's been refunded from banks like ...
I love ebay's discounts when used for shipping. If this is true and you
