I have tried 2 browsers from my desktop (safari & chrome) - both listing tools on each, cleared caches and history, tried different photo formats and sizes. It has been 24 hours and counting. Any help???

Frustration overflow as it has been 24 hours plus now - tried different sizes, formats, browsers, cannot upload photos to new listings. Cannot add photos to my current listings and I have not changed settings anywhere in the last week. Tried new list...

I get the feeling the buyer won't want to pay again for shipping, even though the address was their boo-boo - do I refund partially, wait until the package arrives and try getting them to pay again? Item costs 4.99 and shipping was $6

So... it resolved itself somehow. Not by my doing, but I can upload both in the old format and the new listing tool with no trouble. Thanks to those who answered me.
