Twice I've listed Black Americana items (salt and pepper shakers and an
Aunt Jemima item) and they've been taken off due to "policy violations".
Why take my items off when I see loads of other Black Americana items
listed?
Buyer didn't receive item I sold so I refunded the money. They've now
received the item and I requested that they pay or return the item and
they told me that they weren't obligated by ebay in any way to pay now.
Is this true?
I mistakenly shipped the wrong item to a Buyer. Have asked the Buyer
several times to please return the item and have given them a free
return label but they won't communicate with me and I haven't received
the item back. What can I do?
Thanks for the input everyone. Ebay had suspended my account and given
me 3 days to respond. What a game they play on behalf of the buyer. They
should be ashamed. If it wasn't for the sellers, there would be no
buyers yet we receive no respect.
