I do not know where to post this. So, I will post it here: I contacted
the seller many times. He didn't resolve the issue. I wrote to them
before the return time frame but he didn't reply. After contacting
multiple times he replied but didn't resolve...
Thanks @kensgiftshop I tried doing this but the seller stalled me by
promising to send a replacement product. Now, I am past the return date.
The seller completely stopped replying to my messages.
