So when seller accepts a offer from the buyer, it's not a sale yet until it is paid for? Because it is not in my SOLD list.

Is anyone else having this ?? Is my account hacked?? I cant edit or list new listing. I started a chat through Ebay. Is this real. Need help please..

Before this change to new format I could see my buyers name and user ID. Now I can not see the user ID/user name. It is difficult to find a transaction without User Name. How can i set in my sold listings so i can see buyer's user name also ? Thank y...
