Bought an item on eBay. Had a guaranteed delivery date of oct 26th.
Needed by the 28th so that's why I bought it. Did not get the item on
sept 26th. Contacted the seller on oct 28th. Said they mailed it and
that the guarantee is by eBay not them so I...
