Does ebay have this feature... The BRIGHT WHITE screen is terrible for
the eyes... If so, where can I find the setting to toggle on? Thanks in

Made an offer on an item for $220 (listed at $290), and at the time I
made the offer the shipping was $44. Seller accepted the offer, but at
checkout the shipping cost was $200! Is this legal for them to do?
I was the only bidder on an item, the seller ended the listing right
before the auction ended, I suspect because of this. This was a no
reserve auction that started at $.99, how is this not a violation of
ebay policy?
