will I have to wait 2-7 days for funds to be in my account after payment

sounds like eBay is using the money for a few days. In 21 years I have
never had a problem with Paypal.
I recently filed a damage claim and ran into the same problem with the
email addresses, only in one place it says send damage claims to
ebayclaiminformation@ups.com and on the same day, I am referred to
another address to send damage claims to damage...
