In the same boat, they charge shipping before you even have the payout.
It is definitely harder to sell on ebay when you need the money because
it is helping you survive due to layoffs/hours cut in the family.

It is truly a nightmare payment system. Payments take over a week to get
in to your bank account and that is if you don't have a failed payouts.
I buy and sell on ebay and have been doing it since 1999, with this new
