Buyer bought doll. In listing I have multiple angles of hair plus mentioned that the doll may need brushing and possibly washing/conditioning. Otherwise doll is in great condition. Buyer got doll, washed hair and as they said "tried to untangle hair"...

I keep getting an error when trying to print UPS shipping label. The error reads "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." Anyone else having this same issue?
