Considering these past few weeks there has been a ton of weather-related
delays and issues, I don't necessarily think it's USPS's fault. I cannot
expect them to be delivering items during an ice storm, tornado, etc.
Well unfortunately if the high speed scanners are not proving they are
delivered, we have no proof and stuck getting hit with "never arrived"
requests and having to pay out refunds. It's getting old pretty fast
