Been buying and selling on Ebay a long time, used to have a phone number when a person had a question or needed help. Now all you get is pages with options, and then "Contact" at the bottom which brings you right back to where you started and NO HELP...

Where did the items I put in my Research list go? I put a lot of items in the Research list for future reference... finally found the list after a hours worth of searching for it, and there were only 2 items left in it>
