I just had an order for 5 of the same item. eBay calculated the shipping
wrong. They charged the customer 11.75, but the shipping was 18.76? I
have never had this happen before.
You are correct. Because 5 items had to ship in a larger package, it
cost more. They calculated shipping based on weight of 5 items, but size
of a single item. How can I adjust this for future orders? Thanks
