I want to block a bidder because she keeps winning auctions and then
can't pay. However, she did pay for one item and she hasn't left
feedback yet. Can I block her without worrying she will leave negative
on the item she already recieved?
I have no idea if my Fixed Price items have Immediate Payment on them. I
can't figure out how to turn it on or off. Do you know if it is
automatic on now?Thanks
