Twice this week now, I had offers accepted and buyer not paying. I have
the option selected to only accept offers from buyers that have entered
a payment source but that doesn't seem to stop someone from accepting an

Anyone else notice their seller level forcecast being way off claiming
no tracking info has been uploaded when in fact you have uploaded
