Shipping cost thru E Bay was $13.00 to the UK on a very small envelope.
This was cheaper than the First Class, so I choose it. When the bill
came was $21.00, what can I do?
My pay out is showing declined waiting for retry. This has been from the
past three pay outs. Checked with my bank and they show no tries. Can't
get to anyone on ebay. The one minute for a callback has been nine hours

The problem is we have no choice, they take what they want and there is
no one to help. I guess it just depends on how high the pay roll is this

At the first of the new year E bay stopped sending me my pay outs. I
thought it was from the holidays and it would go thru in a day or two.
