Item does not look like photo. It’s of very poor quality material. I would keep it if the seller who is a power seller would give me a partial refund. I have emailed seller and they don’t respond. What do I do?

I was trying to return a broken item and got confused and closed the return by mistake. What can I do?

I received an email from ebay saying I won an auction and I should pay now. I then went to the auction and it showed I was outbid? What gives with this? Any help really appreciated.
