I mailed a package in mid November. It has not arrived yet by Christmas,
and the buyer has been refunded. Well, today a month and a half later,
it arrived to her. She messaged me and wants to pay. HOW do I do that
now?
How do you issue a buyer a refund on shipping? They checked out 5 times
individually (I'm assuming using "Buy it Now" and shipping is free with
a 4 item purchase. The shipping should have been free, not 3.50 x 4....
Cannot find an easy way to do this...
I did a sale of buy 4 or more and save $, enabled all of my items, and

the weekend, I will have it right away on Monday morning. My bank is
super quick. I am loving this! More like it used to be with Paypal.
