I figure this must be glass or some other non-diamond material but
thought I'd ask anyway. Obvious damage which I at first thought must
mean NOT diamond but then read that diamonds can be damaged as well.

Thanks much for this info. I do know some good Chinese
restaurants...guess it wouldn't offend them if I ate a meal and then
