When you are being scammed by the seller sending the item to another
address in your city, you need the seller's mailing address to properly
report this fraud to the US postal inspector. So providing the seller's
mailing address is more than a reason...
It would have been nice to get a reply from an actual ebay
representative for this thread instead of people guessing what this is.
Of course, that would require actual decent customer support to sellers,
which ebay is against in their customer statem...
