How would I set a block on a seller so I do not make a Mistake and buy from them

when I search items and return to the previos page return page go back to top of listmeaning I have to scroll all the way down to where I was on a pageis there a fix for this

when I am browsing items lets say I click on an item 20-30 deep in the results,, when I click go back to search results I am sent to top of page not to locationI was at previos, Now have to scroll down again this is not correct way it should work is ...
