Received a $40 charge on my account due to “underpaying shipping.” FedEx
reported my package as 25.00 pounds. If you look up this item new from
retailer, it’s 1.98 pounds. I believe FedEx reported 25.00 instead of
2.5 pounds…how can I dispute this ch...
