I shipped a package USPS priority mail, got a delivery update says
delivered to individual, the buyer states he didn't receive package.
What are my options
I picked a shipping method for 1.8lbs for one product. A buyer bought 18
so about 28lbs. She sent $16 for shipping. I went to ship it and they
