Noticed and called into support yesterday that my listings in the
pottery and glass, china / dinnerware categories were showing NEW
condition when listing went active even though when creating the
listing, item condition is showing as non applicable ...
Just wondering if ebay keeps track of how many times a buyer requests to
cancel a sale? Sellers are penalized for canceling, are buyers held
responsible also?
