i almost always am okay with paying more for a book if the listings have
lots of photos and even a good description. i got burned once a few
years ago when i didnt know mega sellers and their cookie cutter

Small claims could find the seller guilty but there is no guarantee
you'll get paid. Im not sure how it works in all states but if they dont
pay you have to keep going to court and there will probably be a warrant
for arrest issued. Still doesnt mean...
