I know I need tech support but I don't know how to get to that group.. So this is my last hope to get help. I have not been able to open my messages. All I get is a blue splash screen and an AI icon. How can I get help? ebay screen

Is anyone else having issues opening your messages? All I get is what looks like an AI splash screen but messages don't load in.
