how long does one have to leave feedback

On any of my selling templates, I am only able to upload 8 photos, not 12 photos. ie. the template photo section has the large box on the left side on only 8 small boxes on the right side instead of 12. Is anyone else having this problem? Best.

I am unable to at items to the watch list. Even though I have no items in the watch list it keeps saying that it is full. What should I do?
