sold an item but ebay sent me a notice saying the buyer is still shopping so has 7 days to pay although he may pay earlier. what is this ??

pics upload to the listing, sometimes can edit one or two than not able to do anything else with the pics. it seems they made some changes to the program in the last day or two.

60 days, no payment yet, terrible experience. Lots of rules, poor communication, paypal required, real nightmare. Been paying them for 2 years, will not pay my $25 claim. Going back to usps insurance, more money, less problems. Its been a real nightm...

Is pip insurance reliable? I filed a $25 claim 6 weeks ago and havent heard anything except my claim is being processed. Are they making it difficult so I will just give up on the claim ?

I never got paid. They were uncooperative with me saying they didn't get what they needed, blah, blah. I think if they can find a way to not pay a claim, they would jump on it. Back to usps ins for me. Cost more but worth it.
